Now that you have defined the problem, you may be tempted to write down the first three solutions that come to mind and pick the best one. Don't. The first three solutions are almost always the same three solutions every other team in the world is generating. The interesting work begins around solution number eight.
This week you will produce fifteen meaningfully different solutions to the problem you defined in Week 02. The constraint is the number. You will exhaust the obvious. You will then run out of the obvious. And then — and this is the point of the exercise — you will keep going. The ideas that arrive after you have run out are usually the ones worth building.
